Rose Moffatt, Accountant:

Ms. Moffat brings a wealth of financial expertise to Vescent.  She has served as an account manager for a contracting company, the director of finance for a property management company, and a controller for a variety of contracting and retail organizations.  As the company accountant she is charged with managing day to day finances and maintaining government contract compliance.
